The Home Energy Assistance Program's Winter Crisis Program is underway and will continue thru March 31st.  The Winter Crisis Program was created to provide financial assistance to income-eligible households that are threatened with disconnection of their heating source, have already had service disconnected, need to establish new service, need to pay to transfer service or have less than 25 percent supply of bulk fuel.  Caseworkers are available to assist clients and home visits can be arranged.  Findlay residents can call 419-423-3755.  Those in Wyandot, Putnam, and Hardin counties can call 1-800-423-4304.
