Pepsi-Japan has introduced a new fat-blocking soda called Pepsi Special.  It's basically regular Pepsi enriched with a fiber called Dextrin.  It promises to reduce body fat levels.  But, if it sounds too good to be true, that's because it probably is.  While Dextrin technically helps absorb dietary fat, the flimsy scientific claim behind Pepsi Special wouldn't fly here in the States.  Plus, the FDA prohibits soda and candy from being nutrient-fortified.  The bottom line?  Stick to water.
