Did you see this?  A Health Systems company here in Ohio called TriHealth, fired 150 employees because they didn't get their flu shots!  TriHealth requires all workers to get flu shots in order to protect their patients.  Employees were notified that they would be terminated if they failed to get their flu shots before the November 16th deadline.  Now, TriHealth has been offering FREE flu shots to their employees since October 1st, and will continue to offer them thru December 3rd.  Employees who were terminated can apply to be reinstated if they get their flu shots by next Monday.  The termination policy seems a little harsh...but what's worse, being unemployed or having the flu??  What do you think of their policy?  Did you get your flu shot?  Does your employer provide them?  Did they force you to get one?  Let us know.
